Hi, my name is Valeriano and I am the boss of the Antica Salumeria.
In 1997 the company opened the way to a new conception of
understanding the typical products of Ascoli Piceno's area.
Through the help of several co-operators looked for local
craftsmen companies, the most quoted in the field of high
quality products in order to ensure that those products were
micro biologically safe. Antica Salumeria has in this sense
very deep roots.
The company was founded in 1963 and since then THE GOOD PIONEERS
RENZO AND IDA, mother and father, have adopted a philosophy of
continuous research of genuine products that still accompany
the company up to now.
Today there is a great confusion between BIOLOGICAL, ECOLOGICAL
OR NATURAL products; we have to think about a cultivated soil
respecting nature, only like this we will be able to give a
natural being to its by-products. There are products that are
defined as better because they come from a better soil.
With these promises here is our commitment for the past and
for the present: continuously looking for, find and consequently
commerce in our territory typical products of high standard.
Marche Region, in fact, is known and appreciated for the
healthiness of the air, for the greenness of its valleys, for
