The information relative to your person, to the orders and
purchases you made are to be considered strictly confidential
for us. Antica Salumeria commits not to disclose the content and
not to sell to external companies for promotional purposes.
The information you supply will eventually be used for
communicative purpose of news, offers, promotions, to improve
our service for you, only if you will not express your disapproval
in receiving messages from Antica Salumeria.
Ways of practising the recede right
Send within 10 (ten) days from the day of the receiving of the goods
a registered letter with notice of receiving, containing:
Manifestation of will of availing of the benefit given by the
Law Decree 15th January 1992 n.50.
Indication of the product for which you decide to avail for the recede right.
The progressive number of the order released at the moment of the purchase.
The data relative to your bank current account
(name of the bank, corresponding branch, number of current account).

To obtain the refund of the corresponding amount, the consumer
will have to send back to the sender, STATED ON THE COURIER
BULLETIN, by mail the product to which the recede is referred
accompanied by the delivery note and the bill of parcels of the
goods enclosed to the product at the moment of the consignment.
Ways of refund of the equivalent (corresponding amount)
Antica Salumeria will refund through bank transfer within thirty
days from the receiving of the communication in which the consumer
has expressed the will of availing the benefit of recede. The refund
is possible to be referred exclusively to the price of the product,
the shipping expenses and consignment of the goods will stay at the
consumer's charge.
Condition necessary for availing the right of recede is
the substantial integrity of the goods and the packaging.
